Terms of Use
Last updated: 2 September 2026
These terms govern your use of pellericco.eu. By using the site you accept them.
Pelle Ricco does not currently sell goods through this website. No price displayed, no product page and no other part of this site constitutes an offer to sell or an invitation to buy. Nothing you do on this site creates a contract of sale. Enquiries are handled privately, and any future sale would be governed by separate terms agreed at that time.
1. Who operates this site
Zoro Sadei Via Giovanni Boccaccio 43, 20123 Milano (MI), Italy Email: pellericcoeu@gmail.com
Full company registration details will be published here once the business is incorporated.
2. What this site is for
The site presents the Pelle Ricco collection and allows you to:
- view pieces and their descriptions
- create an account and save pieces
- submit a private enquiry or request an appointment
Submitting an enquiry places you under no obligation, and places us under none either. We may decline to respond, and we may decline to proceed with any commission.
3. Prices shown
Where a price appears it is indicative only. It is not an offer. Prices are subject to change, to the availability of a suitable hide, and to the permits described in section 5. Any binding price would be confirmed to you in writing.
4. The materials
Our pieces are made from Crocodylus porosus (saltwater crocodile) and Crocodylus siamensis (Siamese crocodile).
Every hide differs. Scale pattern, size, symmetry, gloss and depth of colour vary between individual skins and between the two species — porosus and siamensis do not look alike, and neither looks the same twice. Photography cannot reproduce these differences exactly, and screen calibration affects colour further.
Variation in grain, marking and tone is inherent to the material. We will describe the characteristics of a specific piece, and send additional photographs or arrange a video viewing, before any commitment is made.
5. Protected species — read before enquiring
Both species we work in are protected under the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES) and, within the European Union, under Regulation (EC) 338/97.
- C. porosus and C. siamensis are listed on CITES Appendix I, with certain ranched or captive-bred populations listed on Appendix II. Which regime applies depends on the source and origin of the individual hide.
- Permits are required to move these goods across borders. For Appendix I material this generally means both an export permit from the country of dispatch and an import permit from the country of destination.
- Permits take time. Several weeks is normal. Neither we nor you can accelerate the process.
- Some countries prohibit the import of crocodilian products entirely, or impose additional conditions. It is your responsibility to check the rules of your own country. We will share what we know, but we cannot advise on foreign law.
- Documentation must stay with the item, including if you carry it yourself. Replacement documentation cannot always be obtained.
- Permit fees, where incurred, are payable by you and are generally non-refundable once an application has been lodged, including where the application is refused.
All hides are sourced from CITES-registered operations and accompanied by the documentation required at the point of acquisition. We will confirm the species, source and documentation status of any specific piece on request.
6. Accounts
You must be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or breach of these terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Pelle Ricco name, the RR monogram, all logos, product names and the "Deck-Step" designation are trade marks of Danila Olshanskiy, whether registered or unregistered.

9. Availability and accuracy
We give no guarantee that the site will be available uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
We take care over descriptions but do not warrant that every detail is complete or current. Where a description of a specific piece matters to you, ask us to confirm it in writing.
10. Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited under Italian law.
Subject to that, we accept no liability for loss arising from your use of this site, including indirect or consequential loss, or loss arising from events beyond our reasonable control.
