Cookie Policy

This policy explains how Pelle Ricco uses cookies and similar technologies, in accordance with the ePrivacy Directive, the GDPR, and the Guidelines on cookies and other tracking tools adopted by the Italian Garante on 10 June 2021.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and pixels. This policy covers all of them.
2. Our approach to consent
Technical cookies necessary for the site to function are set without consent, as permitted by Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code.
All other cookies are set only after you give consent. Nothing beyond strictly necessary cookies is loaded before you make a choice. You may accept all, reject all, or choose by category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting. Closing the banner without choosing does not constitute consent, and continued scrolling does not constitute consent.
Your choice is stored for six months, after which we will ask again. You may change your choice at any time via the Cookie Settings link in the footer.

These cannot be disabled. Without them the site cannot keep you signed in or remember your choices.

Declining these means the site will not remember these preferences between visits.
Marketing
We do not currently use marketing, advertising or social media tracking cookies, and we do not share data with advertising networks. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting any such cookie.
4. Third parties
Some cookies are set by providers acting on our behalf. Each is listed above with its provider. These providers may process data outside the EEA; see section 5 of our Privacy Policy for the safeguards that apply.
5. Managing cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may prevent parts of the site from working. Instructions are available from your browser vendor for Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge.
6. Changes
We review this policy whenever we add or remove a technology that sets cookies. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
