Pelle Ricco is committed to making pellericco.eu usable by as many people as possible, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.
Standard we aim for
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard referenced by the harmonised European standard EN 301 549.
Current status

- This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The known limitations are listed below.
- Conformance has not yet been assessed. An audit is scheduled for 2 September 2026.

What we have done
- Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure
- Keyboard access to all interactive elements, with a visible focus indicator
- Text contrast meeting the 4.5:1 minimum for body text
- Alternative text on informative images; decorative images marked as such
- Motion reduced for visitors whose system requests it
- Text that reflows without horizontal scrolling down to 320px
Legal position
Pelle Ricco does not currently sell goods through this site. We nevertheless aim to meet the standard above, and will publish a full conformance position before the site becomes transactional. Where the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) applies to us in future, this statement will be updated to state our position under it.
