How quickly will I receive a response?

Every enquiry is read personally by a client advisor and answered within one business day, Monday through Saturday. Communications received outside business hours are addressed the following morning.

What does a bespoke commission involve?

A bespoke commission begins with a private consultation — by appointment, via video, or at your residence. We then source the Siamese crocodile skins, build a white toile and conduct one to three fittings before the piece is finished entirely by hand. Lead time is typically 8 to 14 weeks.

Where do you deliver, and how is the piece presented?

We deliver worldwide by private courier, fully insured, in our signature ivory boxes lined with crocodile-printed cotton. Delivery is signature-on-hand and can be arranged to a residence, atelier, hotel suite or private aircraft on request.

How do I confirm my size before commissioning?

Clothing follows European numeric sizing (46–54) and footwear is built on Italian lasts (40–46). Our client advisors will guide you through measurements remotely, or arrange a private fitting by appointment before any commission is confirmed.

Can I request a specific piece not shown online?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The pieces shown represent a small selection of what the atelier composes each season. Private clients may request archive references, alternative skins or entirely original commissions through this form or by speaking directly with the concierge.

Always. Every Pelle Ricco relationship is bound by absolute discretion. Your name, contact details and requests are visible only to the client advisor handling your file.
